  • How can I reserve a room?

    Book easily and quickly via our website. Fill in the desired date in the green bar at the top and you can start booking immediately. Would you rather have personal contact with our employees? Then contact our reception by phone. They will be happy to help you with your reservation.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    If you have booked directly with us, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival.

  • How come I see a different price today than yesterday?

    Our prices are based on supply and demand. As a result, room prices can change at any time.

  • What costs are included in the room price?

    The room price only includes the overnight stay. The booking module shows various options that you can add to your booking, such as: breakfast, a rental bike or a cot.

  • Is breakfast included in the price?

    Breakfast is not included in the standard price.

  • What other costs are not included in the room rate?

    The room rate on our site excludes tourist tax and administration costs of €1.50 per person per night.

  • From what time can I check in at Hotel Heemskerk?

    Check-in at Hotel Heemskerk is possible from 3:00 PM.

  • Until what time can I check in?

    Because we have a 24/7 reception, you can arrive at any time after 15:00. It is nice, if this is known in advance, to indicate this.

  • Until what time can I check out?

    Check-out is possible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

  • Can I check out later than the official check-out time?

    Want to stay a little longer and enjoy your stay? Ask about the possibilities at the reception. Please note that a late check-out is subject to availability. The costs for a late check-out are €20.00 per hour, up to 13:00.

  • Can I leave my luggage with you temporarily before or after my stay?

    No problem, we will provide the luggage with a label and it will be stored safely at the reception.

  • I still want to go walking/cycling on the day of departure. Can I leave my car?

    Of course this is possible, but please inform reception so that it is known that your car is still on the premises.

  • Is it possible to reserve a baby bed?

    Yes, that is definitely possible! During the booking process you can book this with the room. But you can also contact us by phone. On the day of arrival, it will be ready for the little one. Please note: reserving a baby bed is always subject to availability.

  • Can an extra bed be placed in my room?

    Yes, that is possible in our 2-person rooms. This is of course dependent on availability. For a surcharge of €30.00 an extra bed can be placed.

    If this is indicated early (preferably when booking), it can certainly be arranged.

    Yes, there is free WIFI available throughout the hotel. You can use our guest network. The password can be found on the holder of the room key or at the reception.

    Yes, our hotel has a large parking lot where you can park for free.

  • Does Hotel Heemskerk have an electric charging station for my car?

    Yes, we offer space for 4 electric cars on our parking lot. While you relax, your car also charges. You can charge with all charging cards and/or tags.

  • Can I rent a bicycle?

    Yes, that is certainly possible! We work with an external company for this. Ask for the possibilities and availability at our reception.

  • Can I charge my electric bicycle?

    Yes, that is possible. There is a charging point right next to the hotel entrance.

  • Does Hotel Heemskerk have a bicycle shed?

    Yes, there is a covered bicycle shed. Please ask at reception.

  • Does Hotel Heemskerk have its own restaurant?


  • Are pets allowed at Hotel Heemskerk?

    Yes, your pet is very welcome in our hotel. Of course, we assume that you as the owner will ensure that your pet keeps it tidy in our hotel. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.

  • Does Hotel Heemskerk have a swimming pool?

    No, unfortunately we do not have our own swimming pool, but only 1.1 km away is the swimming pool de Waterakkers where you can take a lovely refreshing dip: Waterakkers Heemskerk. Or... how about a lovely dip in the sea?
